This world leading Professional Firm of accountants is currently expanding their Corporate Finance function; and in particular their Transaction Services Team. They are seeking a number of experienced bi-lingual staff to join the team. These roles are based in Doha, Qatar.
There are opportunities available for specialists with Transaction service experience; in particular Valuation & Business Modeling and Due Diligence.
They are seeking two Assistant Manager Level candidates to join the Doha team.
Due Diligence focused – For this role you will need to be a fully qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) who has minimum of 2 years previous experience in Due Diligence. You will be providing team leadership and direction as the team work on a variety of Due Diligence projects.
Valuation & Business Modelling – ideally you will have 2-3 years of previous experience in a VBM environment and additionally you may have valuation qualifications.
For either role you must be able to demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills; the ability to multi-task and to work to deadlines. Ideally you will have previous experience from the Top 4 firms and fluency in Arabic is ideal but not essential.
