This world leading Professional Firm is a market leader in the Middle East; they employ over 3,500 staff in the Middle East and play a high profile role in the region.
They are current expanding their Finance and Performance Management function and are seeking a Manager to join their team. Their offices are spread across the region and include locations such as Dubai, Jordan, Oman, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Doha and Bahrain. This current vacancy is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
By drawing on your knowledge and experience, you'll provide innovative commercial insights for clients adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadership. You'll actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. You'll consistently drive projects to completion and determine that work is of a high quality. Your role in leading teams or parts of teams on engagements will depend on the size of engagement and will be under responsibility of higher levels. They will look to you to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate. As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop. Key duties include;
•Participation in Finance & Performance Management engagements
•Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
•Participate in business development initiatives
•Build strong internal relationships within Advisory and across other services
Ideally you will have had previous experience in the region of large scale transformation projects for example mergers & acquisitions, setting up shared service centers, planning, budgeting and forecasting, business process outsourcing, balanced scorecard and cost reduction.
You will have previous experience in a consulting environment and professional Accounting Qualification (or similar). Bi-lingual Arabic skills would be preferred but are not essential.
