An exceptional opportunity has arisen to be a part of a growing specialist consultancy that has over 15 years experience in delivering innovative solutions in the IT sector.
This international organisation provides IT management consultancy, design and delivery services to a client base that includes global banking institutions, government organisations and commercial companies. They deliver expert advisory services and customized solutions that deliver far-reaching operational improvements to their clients.
The organisation is expanding it’s Performance Practice (IT Management Consultancy) division into the Gulf Region. They are seeking an experienced Technology Management Consultant / Senior Consultant to play a key role in project delivery in the IT Management Consulting division in the region.
This role demands a high level of technical expertise balanced with commercial acumen, plus business development and leadership skills. You will need to be a self-starter who is eager to get ‘hands-on’ with management of individual projects, develop client relationships and assist with the business development activities. You will be working closely with the Head of the Region and draw support from both the local and global teams with the goal of developing a team of consulting staff in the region.
To succeed in this role you will need a solid foundation of expertise in IT Management Consultancy (5+ years) and preferably you will have had experience from one of the international consultancy groups (Top 4, Accenture, Booze, McKinsey). You will need experience of developing relationships at an executive and senior management level. Previous experience in at least 2 of the following areas is essential:
• CMMI Maturity modelling
• Service Management
• IT strategy
• Cloud computing
• Outsourcing
Experience in the Middle East region is essential and bi-lingual language skills (Arabic/English) would be a definite advantage.
