The objectives for the role include;
Working in an autonomous manner you will be providing leadership for the Insurance Claims department; including price negotiations and general insurance policy management. You will establish procedures and policies for the insurance department in conjunction with HR You will take responsibility for insurances that cover a highly diverse contracting business with a large fleet of over 1000 heavy equipment items The company is in the process of a SAP Implementation and so previous experience of an ERP system (ideally SAP) Fixed Asset module will be a plus point. You will be handling and processing a high volume of diverse claims; including - Accident Fire related Theft Flood general. You will also take responsibility for the medical Insurance (BUPA) for over 8000 staff at various levels from general staff to Managerial and VIP. You will also be responsible for managing employee insurance in SAP HCM preferred. You will play a key role in the Asset data base management. You will utilize your people management skills; developing business & people strategies - work assignment planning and managing time management & training capabilities..
You will need
Degree in Insurance or part qualified in Chartered Insurance (UK). 05 years experience in Insurance Claims management price negotiations and general insurance policy management. ..and Preferably 3 years+ experience in Saudi insurance market Experience in the contracting business Familiarity with SAP Fixed Asset module will be a plus point. Should have handled and processed at least 100 diverse claims (Accident Fire related Theft Flood general ) Should have handled medical Insurance (BUPA) for over 8000 staff at various levels ( Genera Managerial and VIP categories)
