Working closely with the HR Director and senior management team you will provide leadership on HR strategies and develop policies to support the business growth across KSA. The key areas of focus for you will be; • Development of Training programs • Staff Development and succession planning • Recruitment & selection process • Management of Personnel files • Various ad hoc projects to support the management team
You will need excellent previous HR Management experience, degree level education and you will be comfortable communicating both at a senior manager level and with the staff within the organization. An ability to build strong relationships across a multi-site organization is essential. This role offers an excellent salary package, generous holiday allowances and other benefits.
