This world leading Professional Firm is a market leader in the Middle East; they employ over 3,500 staff in the Middle East and play a high profile role in the region.
They are current expanding their HR Consulting functions and are seeking 2 key HR specialists to join their teams. Their offices are spread across the region and include locations such as Dubai, Jordan, Oman, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Doha and Bahrain. Both of the current vacancies are based in Saudi Arabia.
The consultancy provides expert HR consultancy to a range of local and international clients. The service includes most major human capital projects such as;
• Organisational design & restructuring
• Rewards & performance management
• Human resource Policies & procedures
• Talent Management
• Training & development
• Change management
• HR processes
• Competency frameworks,
• Job evaluation systems.
Role 1 - Manager – Organizational Transformations specialist
•Ideally you will have a background in HR consulting and have professional HR Qualifications (SPHR, GPHR) in addition to your first degree.
•Proficiency in Arabic is desirable (but not essential)
•You will be coaching, leading & managing a team of staff of various levels
Role 2 – Senior Consultant – Human Capital
•Ideally you will have 4 plus years of Human Resources Consulting experience
•Degree Qualified plus a professional Qualification – MBA, PMPPHR, SPHR
•Bi-lingual Arabic/English is essential
