This is an excellent career development role offering Partnership potential with one of the leading Top 4 firms in the Middle East region. Based in the Riyadh branch you will be joining this team during a period of change and growth; allowing you the authority & responsibility to really make your mark.
This multi-dimensional role requires you to provide internal strategy & staff development whilst externally you will be working closely with clients to provide them with the very best risk strategies, and continuing to develop the business. This is a challenging and varied role that will prepare you for Partnership and allow you to fully demonstrate your skill base and expertise.
Internally you will need to be able to provide leadership and direction for this growing division; personally mentoring your senior team and encouraging an internal program of growth & personal development.
Externally you will work closely with clients providing them with an excellent risk consulting service; providing the very best advice and developing innovative commercial insights for clients. You will closely with the Partners and other teams across the organisation to maximise business development opportunities whilst providing a seamless service to clients.
To succeed in this role ideally you will have some experience or understanding of the Middle East; bi-lingual Arabic/English skills would be an advantage. Technically you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record of experience in the key areas of
•Understanding of effective governance, processes and controls •Risk assessment, mitigation and remediation •Experience in business processes, operational processes and process analysis With a background in Program Assurance and project management, you will also have technical experience in a number of the following areas: Internal Audit, IIA, COSO, data analytics, computer assisted audit techniques (CAATs), continuous control monitoring (CCM), financial statements, SOX 404, internal controls, financial reporting, fraud investigation, IFRS and Basel II. You will need a track record with a blue chip consulting firm or other Big Four professional services firm; leading large teams and projects. Preferably you will have a recognised professional qualification (CPA / CIA / CA/ ACCA) and a strong academic record. A proven ability in Business Development is key to this role.
