Business Process Re-Engineering? Looking for a consulting opportunity in the Middle East? This leading International Professional services group are seeking to add key people to their team based in Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia. They have an urgent requirement for a Lead Consultant at a Senior Consultant / Junior Manager Level; the role will be working in Al Khobar but is commutable from Bahrain. This role is a result of a recent IT systems installation and will need the incumbent to use their process improvement skills, develop communication strategies and developing /implementing a training program. The role is highly autonomous and will you to work directly with client whilst managing the day to day workflow. Previous consultancy experience is essential and an ability to work autonomously, strong communication skills (fluent English) and previous experience of working with clients in a deadline driven environment are essential. Experience of leading a project would be ideal as well as training and communication strategy development/implementation.
