This Saudi-based construction group is seeking an experienced (10+ Years minimum) Construction Manager to oversee a major construction project. You will be responsible for the proper execution of all site activities as per project plan and specifications and to ensure the economical and best use of time, equipment and staff to ensure full contract specification compliance.
You will be responsible for full reporting to Senior Management including preparation of monthly progress analysis, monthly schedules, billings and status reports.
You will be an innovative problem-solver, communicator and collaborator, who is able to maintain relationships with General Contractors, Architects, Suppliers, Vendors and Co-Workers whilst adhering to the Company's best practise standards to achieve the technical requirements of the project.
You must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, have a minimum of 10 years experience as a CM of a major construction company, and have field construction management experience on a major project, prefferably in KSA and/or europe. Previous experience of working in partnership with Saudi Aramco would be preferred.
